This is what I've been up to this morning. The recipe makes two so one is going to one of Paul's Korean graduate students and his wife to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary and his birthday. The other one is going to Hallie's teacher who turned 40 last Monday and we hadn't done anything yet. I'm sure there are many variations of the fruit pizza. This particular one came out of "The Cake Mix Doctor" cookbook. I had never worked with kiwi before...it definitely adds a pretty color but I still have no desire to eat one. Now there is a cake in the oven for Carlie's birthday tomorrow. It's going to be a simple one but I think she'll be impressed! Have a great weekend everyone!
