Hallie LOVES the hurdles!! We went to her second meet yesterday at a school about 45 minutes north of us. Guess what?? She won first place!!!! That's a step up from Wednesday's second place win so needless to say she was very happy. Paul surprised her with a pair of track shoes before yesterday's meet and Hallie put them to good use. She also runs the 200 and a 4x100 relay but she enjoys the hurdles the most and concentrates mostly on that. By the way, the girl she was running neck and neck with is OK after falling at the last minute. I got distracted by the fall and missed Hallie actually crossing the finish line. (Hallie is in a blue shirt)
